             Job Responsibilities

·         General cancellation - Retention target 70% of the allocated bucket

·         Interaction level cancellation retention- proactive retention

·         100% cases visits required

·         Support in branch MR processes.

·         Member meeting on branch visit cancellation cases

·         H2H visits-invite General cancellation, bucket cancellation cases and retention

·         Complaints and cancellation visits.

·         Od clearance on gc retention cases.

·         Ppt/dashboard to be shared monthly reviews .

·         Travelling would be for 18- 20 days. Area Covered :- Jammu/Punjab/Haryana.

·         Industry – Tour & Travel ( MNC )

·         Designation –  Sr. Retention Executive

·         Location – Chandigarh

·         Salary - 2.50lac – 3.50lac Annually

·         Qualification-  Any Post Graduate & Graduate 

·         Preferred –   Male
