Job Description

Role & Responsibility

·         Minimum 1year-3 years’ experience in credit collection function

·         Preferably from Banking/Telecom sector

·         Possess good written and oral communication and should be presentable

·         Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure

·         Would be responsible to recover dues of overdue members as per given targets and as per policies laid down by organization.

·         Field visit to be done as per appointment given by the member to collect payment

·         Follow up with member with overdue payments via various communications

·         Travelling for 15 – 18 days in a month.
