1) Scrutinizing the reports of trouble that are received by them.

2) Should have professional approach towards problems and responding to them in a timely manner.
3) Should have basic and advanced level skills on computer and understand the technical process.
4) Responding to the issues of servicing with effective skills.
5) Should know how to tackle the issues of technical support.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Answering phone calls, writing replies to emails and excelling in customer service.
2) Providing technical solutions to different problems of clients by taking help of different tools.
3) Ensure that the call comments are properly arranged and suitable information is provided to clients.
4) The standard of each call should be properly maintained in a comprehensive manner taking into view each 5) aspect of attending the customer, listening to their problems and offer appropriate solutions to them.
6) Should have the ability to work in a team and interact with the client.

Job Skills:

1) Act as an intermediary between the organization and customer such as dealing with the complaints and queries of consumers.
2) Preparation of set answers in order to reply to customer queries immediately without wasting any more time.
3)Excellent communication skills.
4) Should have dual qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction.
5) Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.
6) Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the consumers want to say or express.
7) Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.
8) Skills of working in a team and ability to learn.
9) Writing skills are also required in this job.

Qualifications:

Technical support executives should possess a Bachelor’s degree and also have working knowledge of computers. In fact, they must have knowledge of technical details for working as technical support executive or in a similar capacity.
