·         Designation – Ticketing Executive/Ticketing/ Hotel Reservation Executive

·         Location – IT Park – Chandigarh.

·         Salary-15k – 35k

Eligibility

·         Qualification- Any Graduate & Post Graduate 

·         Specification - Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field

·         Preferred – Male & Female Both

·         Experience- 1-4 year

Role & Responsibilities:-

·         International Air Ticket Booking and Reservation.

·         Generating PNR

·         Handling Corporate client queries of Air Ticket and Hotel Bookings

·         Making Tour Itineraries as per requirement ( Domestic/International)

·         Issuing Customize and Tailor made Travel Itineraries

·         Attending customer queries by mail or Phone of Corporate.

·         Attending customer requirement for Air Ticketing and travel related arrangements.

·         Support customer to select best options, Issuance & Re-issuance of air tickets.

Software knowledge:

·         Knowledge of ticketing softwares Amadeus or Galileo.
